It is planned to hold additional training sessions in the 50m pool at Loughborough University.
Anyone who is over the age of eleven and is currently in the speed sessions on a Monday and Friday may attend with their coaches approval.
Numbers are limited to just 12 or 24 swimmers per session and you must confirm that you will be attending and reserve your place - otherwise you might be disappointed. A reserve list will be kept for those last minute cancelations.
